About this Apprenticeship
Internship as part of your studies in recruiting and temp management at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. Start as soon as possible, duration 6 months.
What You'll Learn
- Support with recruiting and onboarding of various profiles, as well as improving the candidate experience
- Support with active sourcing and building a candidate pool
- Preparation and support of trade fairs, recruiting events and information events
- Support of temp management in coordinating external workers
- Support in communication between different stakeholders
Requirements
- You are an enrolled full-time student (w/m/d) of economics or humanities (ideally with a focus on human resources management, marketing or a comparable field of study)
- You are confident with office applications, Google Workspace knowledge desirable
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills
