Administrative Clerk Security Administration

At the Airbus Helicopters site in Donauwörth, we are looking, as soon as possible, for support for current and future projects: a Security Administration clerk (m/f/d).

• Initiating, processing and completing administrative tasks in the area of security
• Maintaining and updating documentation in the administration program
• Preparing briefing records for authorization
• Carrying out and documenting travel briefings
• Initiating repeat checks
• Handling general security questions, e.g. travel briefings, security advice for business trips
• Supporting the security officer in the area of personnel security

• Completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience, or comparable
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office
• Class B driver's license
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as organizational talent
• High sense of responsibility as well as discretion and confidentiality
• Very precise and structured way of working
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
