Technical Data Production Management and Project Management

Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is looking for a Technical Data Product Support (m/f/d). At the Donauwörth site on the banks of the Danube near Augsburg, Airbus Helicopters develops helicopters from the first idea to the flight-ready product, including its own test airfield.

• Organizing and planning the processes and activities of a discipline (maintenance) to ensure the lead function for deliverables regarding ON Time, ON Quality and ON Cost
• Supporting production management with task prioritization, KPI tracking, preparing dashboards, etc.
• Monitoring production performance (in line with priority/workload and milestones)
• Proposing solutions that help achieve the ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) goals
• Participating in higher-level meetings (technical boards and quality gates)
• Interface between engineering and certification
• Supporting the lead function regarding production processes
• Supporting data availability (source data for integrating triggers)
• Supporting visual management and blocking point reviews
• Supporting ILS offer processing (global changes such as new variants/baselines)
• Proposing process and IT tool improvements

• Master's/Diplom degree in aerospace engineering (or comparable plus subject-specific additional qualification)
• Several years of experience in support & services and/or engineering
• Experience in technical documentation, HC maintenance or quality processes
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Experience in dealing with internal customers
• Optional: knowledge of tech data processes, systems and specifications S1000D
• Awareness of compliance and correspondingly ethical behavior
• Good IT skills (e.g. SAP, MS Office, Google Suite)
• Business-fluent German and English, Spanish is an advantage
