Facility and Space Management Specialist

Responsibility for space, fleet, cleaning and office management as well as health and occupational safety in the areas supported.

Space management, space development and equipment; technical management of the company fleet and vehicles of senior managers; collection and analysis of operating data and energy management; planning of small-scale projects and structural and fire-protection measures; needs-based adjustment and optimisation of cleaning management; office furnishing and ergonomic workplace design; preparation of room plans in accordance with workplace regulations; participation in and further development of health and safety management systems under DIN EN ISO 45001 and occupational safety processes.

Completed training or degree in facility management, building management, technical administration or a comparable qualification; professional experience in the specified areas; strong organisational skills, communication skills and a service-oriented manner; technical understanding and basic knowledge of construction, maintenance or workplace regulations; confident use of digital tools such as CAFM systems, MS Office and MS Visio; independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as good German skills.
