Three-year Abitur program at ALDI SÜD leading to the qualifications of retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager and trainer aptitude (AEVO).

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure the excellent quality of our products and that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checking out customers and rocking the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers do their shopping – safe, fast and cool.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start on 1 August right away if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
