Become part of the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In the apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance, you will be taken on into a permanent employment relationship after the apprenticeship. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales area always looks top, with full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for customers.
• In advising: You recognize customers' individual needs and find the products that fit perfectly into their daily lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a true team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising customers.
