High School Graduate Program Retail Management Specialist 2027

ALDI SÜD offers a high school graduate program to become a certified retail management specialist with three qualifications in three years: retail salesperson, state-certified retail management specialist, and trainer aptitude according to AEVO. Start on August 1.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to the wishes of our customers and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – that's where you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing high school diploma or technical high school diploma: Start on August 1 if you already have the entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real doer mentality.
