St. Franziskus Senior Care Home in Potsdam is an inpatient care facility run by Alexianer with 132 care places, including short-term care places. Together as a team, we create a place where residents and staff alike feel at home.

• Nursing care and support of our residents in the inpatient care area
• Planning, managing and documenting the whole care process
• You actively shape everyday care and ensure well-organized routines in the living area
• You accompany and care for residents with special support needs, e.g. dementia

• Completed training as a health and nurse, geriatric nurse, nurse, or qualified nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Empathy and enjoyment in caring for residents with different care needs
• Independent, responsible and proactive way of working
• Teamwork, resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to take part in the multi-professional care team
• Positive attitude toward the Christian values of our house
