Registered Nurse (Pflegefachmann) Day Shift

As a nursing professional (mwd) on the day shift, you take responsibility for quality and processes, with clear structures and fixed working hours from Monday to Friday. The Alexianer Bürgerstift in Potsdam is a long-established senior care facility in a quiet, nature-close location.

• Ensuring, creating and checking care documentation and helping with care level management
• Carrying out admissions, transfers and discharges
• Preparing and following up on doctors' rounds and accompanying the doctors
• Professional medication management
• Ensuring structure, process and outcome quality
• Helping with internal and external quality inspections
• Supporting the organisation and delivery of in-house training

• Training as a nursing professional, male or female care specialist, geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, nurse (mwd)
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as personal initiative
• Willingness to respond flexibly to operational needs when required
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment
• Identification with Christian values
