Hospiz Essen Steele has existed since July 1996 and admits incurably ill people for their remaining time. We understand our hospice as a place of security and tranquillity where holistic help, support and encounters take place. Hospiz Essen Steele provides ten places for the care of people in their final phase of life and employs around 30 staff.

Individual nursing palliative care for our guests - Creation of individual care plans - Documentation and recording of all services, the nursing process and the nursing anamnesis

Completed training as a certified healthcare and nursing professional (f/m/d) - Empathy, creativity and flexibility - Enjoyment of communication and involvement of relatives and carers - Willingness to work shifts and weekends
