Executive Assistant Program at the Stuttgart location

The Executive Assistant Program is Allianz's high-potential program for future managers. As the right hand of a board member, you work closely with top executives on strategic topics. You can apply year-round; applying at least three months before the desired start date is recommended.

• Support the board member in day-to-day operations
• Work on strategic issues and demanding projects of the departments
• Prepare decision papers and presentations for the board member
• Prepare and follow up meetings
• Take on administrative and organizational tasks

• Outstanding completed or soon-to-be-completed master's degree in economics, (business) informatics/mathematics, law or physics (double qualification, MBA or doctorate an advantage)
• Proven political or social engagement in leadership positions
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• International experience (e.g. studies, internships or first work experience abroad)
• Fluent German and English
• Empathetic personality with confident manner and a high degree of independence, and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of future-oriented technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
