Working Student for the Occupational Health Center

For our modern and innovative location in Unterföhring, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Health department. Your tasks include support at the reception and first point of contact for visitors, appointment management as well as preparation and follow-up of examinations, maintenance and administration of data as well as support with documentation tasks, processing of correspondence and general organizational tasks, support of the team with administrative processes in daily business, participation in the optimization of processes in the Occupational Health Center.

• Support at the reception and first point of contact for visitors
• Appointment management and preparation and follow-up of examinations
• Maintaining and managing data and supporting documentation tasks
• Handling correspondence and general organizational tasks
• Supporting the team with administrative processes in day-to-day business
• Contributing to the optimization of processes in the Occupational Health Center

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a relevant degree program, e.g. health management, public health, business administration or similar
• Interest in healthcare and understanding of the special requirements in this field
• Enjoy working with people and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Organizational talent and high reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Digital competence, confident use of M365 (Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
