Working Student in Sales - AI@Sales

The Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG sales division is looking for a working student (m/f/d) at the Allianz Park Stuttgart location for a period of six months. As part of the AI@Sales project team, you will support AI upskilling, the implementation of AI use cases, and the use of AI in sales.

• You support the implementation and evaluation of suitable AI solutions and prototypes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on AI use cases
• You support AI governance processes for approving AI use cases, from the ideation phase to going live
• You plan and organize AI information and training events (workshops, community of practice, challenges, hackathons)
• You help prepare and follow up workshops and create presentations, and take on PMO and coordination tasks for the core "KI@Sales" team
• You test new AI features for daily productivity (MS Copilot, Claude) and use relevant machine learning and GenAI tools

• Enrolled in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, operations research or a comparable degree program
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of forward-looking technologies
• Good technical knowledge of how classical AI and GenAI work, especially in a training context (e.g. tutor)
• First experience in putting data science use cases into production
• Sound analytical skills and high commitment
• Good communication and teamwork skills, also in cross-department and international teams
• Pragmatic and results-oriented way of working
• 1-2 days on site at Allianz Park Stuttgart (APS), especially on team days
• Plus: practical experience in data science, AI upskilling, change management
• Plus: experience with core insurance processes
• Plus: experience in a programming language (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and knowledge of data management
