Working Student - Team Assistance in the Department Head's Office

For our modern and innovative location in Unterföhring, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to support team assistance immediately. The Kraft Privat department is part of the COO area of Allianz Versicherungs-AG and is responsible for underwriting and operations of the private motor insurance business of Allianz. At the same time, the department is responsible for the operations of ADAC Autoversicherungs-AG. The department offers proximity to the customer through operations, a view on processes and systems, and contact with employees at 4 locations. We are looking for you as a team member to support us in day-to-day operations. You will quickly take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility and work closely with a wide variety of interfaces.

• Managing calendars and efficiently coordinating appointments
• Organising meetings, workshops and internal events
• Supporting administrative tasks such as travel management, expense claims and document management
• Passing on information and documents to the responsible departments
• Purchasing office supplies and promotional items

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Confident user knowledge of MS Office products
• Efficient and independent way of working and strong organisational talent
• You are communicative, enjoy teamwork, and your strengths include a high degree of discretion, reliability and loyalty
• First experience in secretarial work is an advantage
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of future-oriented technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
