Nursing Professional

This three-year general nursing training programme combines elderly care, general nursing and children's nursing. It prepares you to care for people of all ages in different medical settings. Depending on the location, training starts on 1 April, 1 August, 1 September or 1 October.

• Support and care for sick people and people needing care of all ages
• Carry out care ordered by doctors and assist with examinations and treatments
• Monitor patients' health, organise nursing care and document all services provided
• Act as a link between doctors and patients

• At least an intermediate school leaving certificate, or a lower secondary school leaving certificate with completed vocational training lasting at least two years or completed nursing assistant training, or a university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• Enjoyment of helping other people
• Health suitable for carrying out the job
• A high degree of flexibility, empathy and teamwork
