Apprenticeship at AOK NordWest with placements in various departments and customer centers, regional AOK locations, the AOK training center and vocational school. The program prepares you for independent and responsible work in health and long-term care insurance.

Advise customers in person, by phone and digitally; inform insured persons about healthcare benefits, insurance coverage and financing for health and long-term care insurance; calculate contributions, check benefits and process applications; understand legal principles and provide individual, service-oriented advice; gain insight into different areas and take on varied tasks and responsibility; learn at different regional AOK locations, the training center and vocational school.

Abitur, Fachhochschule entrance qualification or Fachoberschule qualification/MSA with good academic performance; enjoyment of communication and strong German skills; empathy, commitment and a sense of responsibility; service and customer orientation; enjoyment of teamwork; openness to new locations and flexibility.
