Trainee IT Specialist for Application Development

We are the pulse generator, trailblazer and innovation forge for digitalisation in the healthcare market. And we need you! In the three-year apprenticeship you will learn the entire software development process from requirements gathering to testing and delivery. You actively support our developers in further developing existing software or creating new software. In the process you will get to know various departments, agile development teams, projects and of course programming languages and can network throughout the company. Concrete areas of deployment and tasks are: gathering and analysing requirements for software products; designing concepts and architecture; learning various programming languages, especially Java and ABAP in the SAP environment; (further) development of software; documentation, testing, support and delivery.

You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) Abitur; You are enthusiastic about mathematical-logical thinking and IT; You enjoy programming and already have basic knowledge from school, private projects or similar; You like working in a team and are eager to learn new things; You have a logical and systematic way of thinking and want to apply it in project work; Negotiation-level German skills
