About this Apprenticeship
We are the pulse generator, trailblazer and innovation forge for digitalization in the healthcare market. And we need you! In the three-year apprenticeship, you will learn the conception, installation and configuration of IT systems and networks. You will actively support your colleagues in administering IT systems and building networks. In the process, you will get to know various departments, agile teams and projects and can network throughout the company.
What You'll Learn
- Setup, maintenance and optimization of new and existing IT systems
- Setting up PC workstations
- Selection, installation and configuration of network components
- Maintenance of hardware and software
- Recording and resolution of IT incidents
- Advising users on the selection and use of IT systems
Requirements
- You have a good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
- You are enthusiastic about mathematical-logical thinking and IT
- You enjoy solving IT problems and/or tinkering with PCs and have basic knowledge from school, private projects or similar
- You like working in a team and are eager to learn new things
- You have a logical and systematic way of thinking and want to apply this in project work
- Negotiation-proficient German language skills
