Dual Study Program in Software Engineering

We are the pulse generator, trailblazer and innovation forge for digitalization in the healthcare market. And we need you! In the four-year Software Engineering degree program with a focus on Health Care, you will spend time at the Remagen campus of the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences and at AOK Systems in Bonn/Bad Godesberg. In five semesters at the university, you will learn many fundamentals of computer science and mathematics as well as advanced topics such as artificial intelligence, IT security, programming and health care. During two practical semesters (third and sixth semester) and during lecture-free periods, you will actively support the AOK Systems team and take on diverse programming projects together with your team. You will also spend your final semester at AOK Systems and write your bachelor's thesis with us. You will complete the dual study program with a Bachelor of Engineering.

• You have a good (technical) high school diploma
• You have good to very good grades in mathematics, preferably also in computer science
• You are enthusiastic about mathematical-logical thinking and IT
• You enjoy programming and have basic knowledge from school, private projects or similar
• You like working in a team and are eager to learn new things
• You have a logical and systematic way of thinking and want to apply this in project work
• Negotiation-proficient German language skills
