About this Apprenticeship
The Asklepios children's hospital in Sankt Augustin is an acute care hospital for children and adolescents. As soon as possible, a specialist in pediatrics (f/m/d) is wanted to strengthen the pediatric oncology team, with completed or advanced (2nd year) subspecialty training in pediatric hematology and oncology.
What You'll Learn
- Strengthen the doctors' team in pediatric oncology
- Inpatient and outpatient care of patients from the whole range of pediatric oncology
- Very close cooperation with pediatric (neuro)surgery, pediatric orthopedics and pediatrics
Requirements
- Specialist in pediatrics or a comparable qualification already recognized in Germany
- Completed subspecialty training in pediatric hematology and oncology, or completion within the next 12 months
- Willingness to work across disciplines
- Openness and empathy in dealing with the special needs of patients and their families
