About this Apprenticeship
Asklepios MVZ Beste Trave in Bad Oldesloe is a medical care center with surgery and radiology departments. It is looking to hire a full-time (40 hours per week) Medical Assistant (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Patient administration tasks (scheduling appointments, documentation, billing under EBM and GOÄ)
- Setting up and maintaining electronic patient records
- Handling general phone and written correspondence
- Daily work in our friendly team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant/doctor's assistant (f/m/d)
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication and initiative
- An open and friendly manner and willingness to help shape our processes
- Fairness, strong communication skills, pronounced ability to work across disciplines
