Medical Assistant in Pneumology

Medical assistant position at Asklepios MVZ Niedersachsen in Goslar.

• Reception and support of patients, including registration, appointment scheduling and telephone service
• Organization and coordination of practice operations
• Administrative tasks such as patient intake and documentation
• Assistance with medical examinations and treatments
• Preparation of treatment rooms and instruments
• Support with diagnostic procedures
• Administration of prescriptions, referrals and medical orders
• Hygiene and quality management in line with current guidelines
• Communication with patients, relatives and external partners
• Billing according to EBM/GOÄ

• Completed training as a medical assistant or comparable qualification
• Experience in pneumology is an advantage but not required
• Friendly and empathetic manner with patients of all ages
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Ability to use practice software and standard PC applications
• Enjoyment of a varied practice environment
• Independent working style and active participation in practice operations
• Interest in further training and professional development
