Holistic care and support of our patients in complex palliative care situations; Alleviation of distressing symptoms and promotion of quality of life and well-being; Empathetic support and counseling of relatives during the course of treatment; Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual nursing measures; Trustful cooperation with physicians, therapists and other professional groups; Proper and patient-oriented nursing documentation.

Completed training as a nursing specialist, health and nurse, or certified geriatric nurse; Completed further education in Palliative Care or interest in corresponding qualification; Willingness to work in shift duty; Empathy, openness and joy in accompanying seriously ill people and their relatives; Respectful and appreciative attitude in daily interaction; Commitment, flexibility and pronounced social competence; High standards of nursing quality and patient-centered care; Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team; Responsible and resource-conserving action.
