Breakfast Service Hotel Staff

We are a specialist clinic for follow-up treatment and rehabilitation with a total of 270 beds and care for over 5,000 patients annually with 250 employees. Our modern clinic includes the departments of pneumology including ENT, allergology and oncology as well as orthopaedics and scoliosis specialist therapy. A special highlight of our location is the hotel "Haus Hufeland" (3-star superior garni) with approx. 80 beds, offering our guests a comfortable and relaxing environment. In addition, the restaurant SEE12, Asklepios Medical Fitness, a physiotherapy and occupational therapy practice, and a speech therapy practice are operated.

• The part-time position in the breakfast service at our hotel garni "Haus Hufeland" includes the following tasks:
• Setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet as well as preparing food and beverages
• Warmly welcoming, advising and attending to our guests
• Setting and clearing tables
• Organization, execution and follow-up of the breakfast service
• Collegial cooperation with adjacent departments
• Ensuring compliance with house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training or professional experience in restaurant service, career changers with service experience also welcome
• Competent, friendly demeanor, charisma and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to work independently after appropriate onboarding
• Enjoyment in dealing with our guests
