Apprenticeship start: 01.09.2027 | Training location: Frankfurt | Vocational school: Wilhelm-Merton-Schule in Frankfurt-Bornheim. Just watching? Not with us. In operations management you are right in the middle from day one. You learn what happens behind the scenes: from contracts and data to key figures, commissions, and other services. No worries, we don't throw you in at the deep end. After your onboarding, experienced colleagues guide you through your daily apprenticeship routine. You learn step by step and when you show what you're made of, you get more freedom, responsibility, and the opportunity to handle tasks independently.

Ideas explicitly welcome: In apprenticeship projects you can be creative, contribute your own ideas, and actively shape them.

Your foundation: You have or are currently completing your intermediate school diploma (Mittlere Reife), technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), Abitur, or a comparable qualification. Motivation counts: You are curious, eager to learn, and keen to develop yourself and try new things. Organization suits you: You are interested in modern office management and digital tools. First experience with MS Office is an advantage. We can rely on you: You approach your tasks carefully and reliably and are keen to take responsibility. Team player wanted: You approach others openly, contribute, and enjoy working together in a team.
