Civil Engineer / Experienced Construction Technician for Structural Engineering

To support the team in structural engineering/bridge construction, Autobahn GmbH is looking for a civil engineer or experienced construction technician as soon as possible. They are seeking experienced civil engineers, career starters and experienced construction technicians. Current projects of the Würzburg branch are the six-lane widening between Würzburg-Heidingsfeld and the Randersacker Main bridge and the renewal of the Marktbreit Main bridge.

• Help with construction preparation, tendering and awarding, and handling and reviewing engineering contracts under the HOAI in structural engineering
• Project management including briefing contractors, construction supervision and all other parties involved
• Coordinating the workflows of construction supervision and checking work results
• Reviewing change orders and monitoring warranty claims
• Help with public relations

• Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or comparable fields, or state-certified construction technician with many years of professional experience (equivalent suitability gained through work experience)
• Basic knowledge of road construction (construction process) and bridge/structural engineering
• Good IT skills (especially MS Office, iTWO, SAP, AI-Vergabemanager)
• Very good German in speaking and writing (level C2 CEFR)
• Driving licence class B, willingness to travel and to drive a company vehicle
