Engineer Operations Service

For its Kempten branch office, Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for engineers for operations service. The work covers inspecting, maintaining and renewing motorway infrastructure, especially drainage facilities, rainwater treatment plants and retention basins. Pay follows pay group 11 of the TV-Autobahn.

• Preparing and organizing operational and structural maintenance work, plus technical support and tendering of cleaning, inspection and renovation work on drainage facilities, rainwater treatment plants and retention basins
• Organizing, carrying out, documenting and evaluating regular inspections of rainwater treatment plants and retention basins together with the motorway maintenance depots and structure inspection
• Creating and maintaining basin log documents for existing drainage facilities

• Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)/Bachelor) in civil engineering or a comparable qualification or relevant work experience that qualifies you for the tasks above
• Sound knowledge and experience of the relevant laws and regulations (especially ZTV, VgV, VOB, HOAI, construction site ordinance)
• Expertise in road drainage
• Sound IT knowledge
• Fluent German skills
• Class B driving licence and willingness to drive a company vehicle
