Road Maintenance Worker or Road Builder, Autobahn Maintenance Depot Kirchheim unter Teck

You ensure safety, reliability and trust on the German motorway network. You take responsibility for people and large machines. You check and fix all kinds of hazard spots on and next to the motorway, and you are responsible for signage and green maintenance, and in the cold season also for winter service.

• Carrying out work to repair, maintain, service, care for and clean the road body, ancillary facilities and road accessories
• Carrying out winter service work
• Deployment in summer and winter on-call duty
• Setting up, maintaining and checking traffic signs
• Securing and checking work and accident sites, traffic safety
• Green space and shrub maintenance

• Successfully completed vocational training as a road maintenance worker (f/m/d) or road builder (f/m/d)
• Driving licence class CE and willingness to drive company vehicles
• Manual skills and good technical understanding
• Willingness to do shift work in winter service (24-hour operation), on-call duty and night work in summer service
• Physical resilience and the health suitability for year-round physical work outdoors
