About this Apprenticeship
To support the team at the Verden branch office, Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for a Construction Supervision Technician (f/m/d) as soon as possible. Pay follows pay group E9b under the MTV-Autobahn.
What You'll Learn
- Take over execution planning of maintenance, new construction, conversion and expansion measures on traffic facilities and engineering structures, e.g. retaining walls or crossing structures
- Support contractors and monitor construction execution and warranty claims for engineering and construction services
- Prepare tender documents and award traffic construction projects
- Technically review and evaluate bids and document contract data
Requirements
- Qualification as a state-certified technician (f/m/d) in construction technology, or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience
- Good knowledge of technical guidelines such as RSA, ASR and VOB
- Very good spoken and written German (at least C1 level)
- Valid class B driving licence
- Desirable: several years of experience in road construction projects, preferably motorways
- Desirable: good user skills in MS Office and ideally SAP
- Committed, reliable, responsible, independent way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Strong social and communication skills
- High resilience, decisiveness and commitment
