• Qualifying lower secondary school diploma or a higher qualification
• For a non-German school diploma, you must prove German language skills at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) with a certificate
• In the subjects German and Mathematics, at least grade 4
• Medical fitness
• Motivation for an apprenticeship as a perennial gardener
• Interest in working outdoors and in a greenhouse
• Enthusiasm for perennials and their diversity
• Teamwork and reliability
• Enjoyment of working with perennials and physically demanding tasks
• Practical experience, for example through internships in horticulture or skilled trades, is desirable.
