- How the study program works The dual study program Civil Engineering begins on 01 September 2027 and lasts three and a half years (7 semesters). The study program is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. You complete the theoretical part in the study model with deepened practice at the Munich University of Applied Sciences (FK02). There you will get to know the diverse areas of responsibility and gain insights into possible later fields of activity, such as bicycle traffic planning or subway construction. The basis for the practical activity are the lectures at the university:
- Mathematical-scientific fundamentals such as Mathematics, Structural Engineering, Building Chemistry, Building Informatics, Building Materials, Building Physics, Building Construction, CAD
- Subject-specific fundamentals such as Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Soil Mechanics, Solid Construction, Timber Construction, Foundation Engineering, Steel Construction, Road Construction, Surveying, Hydraulic Engineering
- Various specializations through focus selection possible

In addition, you meet the university admission requirements of the Munich University of Applied Sciences (e.g., completion of a 6-week pre-internship before the start of studies in a construction company) for the Bachelor's program Civil Engineering.
- Motivation: You are interested in mathematics, physics, and technical contexts and want to apply your knowledge practically later – for example in the planning and implementation of roads, bridges, or other engineering structures.
