Machine Operator

B. Braun Melsungen AG is seeking support as soon as possible to operate and maintain packaging equipment in the Mini-Plasco area at its Berlin site. The Competence Center Pharma Berlin produces small-volume parenteral medicines for the Hospital Care division.

• Operate partially and fully automated packaging equipment.
• Monitor and check that production runs smoothly, fix minor faults or arrange suitable measures to resolve them.
• Carry out batch changes, line clearance and in-process checks.
• Obtain consumables and packaging materials.
• Help meet quality, schedule and quantity requirements in line with GMP, AMG and AMWHV rules.
• Complete and maintain production documentation in line with GMP.
• Help maintain and repair equipment.
• Introduce, train and instruct new employees on production equipment and provide technical guidance.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and production rooms.

• Completed technical vocational training or many years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical production.
• Experience with packaging equipment is desirable.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts based on modern occupational science standards.
