Intern Global HR Reporting & Campaign Support

Join our team for 4 to 6 months as an intern in Global HR Reporting & Campaign Support (m/f/d) and support the successful running of a global reporting campaign with BASF group companies worldwide. The Global Business Services unit supports BASF's business areas with a cross-functional network.

• You support the preparation and sending of reporting questionnaires to participating companies and help keep the reporting process running smoothly by tracking incoming reports, monitoring deadlines and contacting the reporting units when needed.
• You also support the validation of reported data, carry out plausibility checks and identify possible data anomalies.
• In close cooperation with the reporting contacts, you document queries, coordinate clarifications and support the follow-up of necessary data corrections.
• To create transparency about campaign progress, you create status overviews, support the preparation of regular reports for relevant stakeholders and management, and help analyze the reporting results to identify trends, anomalies and further need for investigation.
• You also maintain and update process documentation, work instructions and FAQ materials, supporting the efficient running of the campaign.
• Creating presentations and management documents on reporting topics and project progress is also part of your tasks.
• Beyond the campaign activities, you gain insights into international HR reporting processes and support the team with evaluations, ad hoc analyses and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies in business administration, human resources, economics, data analytics or a comparable field
• First practical experience in HR, reporting or project settings is an advantage
• Interest in HR reporting, data analysis and international processes
• Analytical thinking and a structured, careful and self-responsible way of working
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
• Very good English skills, spoken and written
