Internship Strategy Corporate Development PMO

The department supports the BASF Board of Executive Directors in setting the Group's strategic direction and steering the implementation of the strategy in the business units. Support is sought as part of a 3 to 6 month internship.

• As a full team member, you are involved in implementing the global corporate strategy and support the strategic steering of the Group.
• In the Project Management Office (PMO), you take part in the central implementation of the corporate strategy, which contributes to BASF's Group results.
• You create transparency through smart data analyses and conceptual visualisations, support the team in workshops with stakeholders from the business units, and prepare the results for the BASF Board.

• Business or technical degree programme with above-average grades
• First work experience in an internationally renowned management consultancy or a comparable environment
• Interest in a wide range of future-oriented topics combined with good adaptability and prioritisation
• Presenting your results in English and German
• Ideally first experience in stakeholder management in a large corporation
• Proficient use of standard IT applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
