• The core of your activity is the settlement of major and serial claims in the field of technical insurance in Germany and abroad with a focus on the renewable energies segment.
• As a major claims adjuster, you are responsible for the technical risk assessment; in addition, you take on the investigation and evaluation of causes of loss.
• You support, coach and advise claims clerks on technical topics.
• You are also the contact person and interface to underwriting and product management.
• The processing of claims below the major claims definition abroad or the coordination of claims processing by Eurapco foreign branches and our network partners is also part of your area of responsibility.
• Last but not least, you support claims management in the development of processes and reporting standards for foreign branches, Eurapco, network partners and service providers.

• In your daily work you benefit from excellent negotiation skills and powers of persuasion as well as analytical and conceptual thinking.
• You enjoy working across teams, bring self-motivation, good time management and flexibility, and feel comfortable in agile working environments.
• With your sound knowledge of systems for the use of renewable energy resources, your industry expertise and an existing network in the field of renewable energies, you can convince.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience at a technical insurer, an international insurance broker or a wind turbine manufacturer.
• Professionally, you have a successfully completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering), ideally a postgraduate degree in insurance engineering.
• In addition, you have already gained experience in handling claims or processing warranty and guarantee cases with manufacturers.
• You have a command of English in word and writing suitable for negotiations. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• A high willingness to travel, also outside Germany, rounds off your profile.
