Apprenticeship in Healthcare at BARMER

Apprenticeship at one of Germany's largest health insurers, with the aim of being hired afterwards. Starts 1 August 2027, ends 31 July 2030. Full-time 38 hours per week, part-time possible.

• You grow step by step into an expert in social insurance and learn to advise people on health topics and protect them
• You get to know how a statutory health insurer works and see its health and service offerings
• You learn about health, prevention, membership and contributions
• Processing applications will soon be part of your daily work
• When ready, you take responsibility and find solutions for customers' concerns
• Theory and practice go hand in hand, supported by teamwork

• Intermediate school certificate, (technical) Abitur, a few semesters of study or a completed apprenticeship
• Health matters to you
• You want to understand the health system and help shape a health insurer
• Good at listening, explaining clearly and staying empathetic in difficult moments
• Team spirit
• Very good German skills, at least C1 level
