About this Apprenticeship
As a trainee at one of Germany's largest health insurers you help support over 8 million people every day. Training starts on 1 August 2027.
What You'll Learn
- Become an expert in social insurance and advise people on health topics
- Learn the processes of a statutory health insurer and its health and service offerings
- Learn about health, prevention, membership and contributions
- Process applications
- Support customers, listen actively and find suitable solutions
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate, (technical) Abitur, a few semesters of study or completed training
- Health matters to you
- You want to understand the health system and help shape a health insurer
- Good listening, clear explaining and empathy in difficult moments
- Team spirit
- Very good German, at least C1 level
