Apply now and start your apprenticeship with us on 1 August 2027.
What You'll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you will gradually become an expert in social insurance and learn to advise people reliably on health matters and provide coverage in all situations. You will become familiar with the processes of a statutory health insurance fund and gain comprehensive insight into our innovative healthcare and service offerings. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of health, prevention, membership and contributions so you can competently support insured people during illness or long-term care. Processing applications will soon be part of your daily work, with our support and guidance. Once you are ready, you will take on responsibility by responding to customers, listening actively and finding suitable solutions for individual concerns. Theory and practice go hand in hand, supplemented by teamwork and the enjoyment of learning together.
Requirements
We value personality, not just educational background. Whether you have an intermediate school-leaving certificate, a university entrance qualification, a few semesters of university study or a completed apprenticeship, you are welcome. Health is more than just a word to you; it matters to you. You want to understand the healthcare system and help shape one of Germany's largest health insurance funds. Communication comes naturally to you: You listen well, explain things clearly and remain empathetic even in difficult situations. Team spirit is second nature to you, and you are motivated by achieving things together. Very good German skills at at least C1 level enable professional communication with insured people and colleagues.
