Learn how the department stores operate; support the organization and execution of daily business; work in departments such as fruit and vegetables, grocery, non-food, administration and warehouse; learn customer-focused sales and advice; support product presentation and assortment planning; help with staff planning and management.

Enjoyment of logistics and business processes; reliability and a preference for teamwork; ambition to become a manager; university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur.
