About this Apprenticeship
A dual study programme at R+V Insurance with individual support. You will work with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine study and practice: Work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at Duale Hochschule Sachsen or the Berlin School of Economics and Law
- Understand insurance: Learn about insurance and financial products and see how real customers are advised
- Work in a team: Prepare for customer meetings, handle follow-up work, create quotes and help the team complete contracts
Requirements
- A school qualification that allows university or university of applied sciences entry, with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good starting point
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Willingness to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Students who want to leave their current degree for more practical training are also welcome
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Monthly pay of €1,532 in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
