• Instruction and training for employees in your area of responsibility

• Completed vocational training as a building cleaner (m/f/d) preferred
• Several years of practical experience in building cleaning and personnel management, preferably several years as a foreman
• Basic knowledge of common Office applications (e.g., MS Office) and computer use
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as organizational skills
• Reliability, willingness to perform, and friendly, confident demeanor with our customers
• Good German skills in word and writing
• English skills preferred
• Willingness for occasional weekend work
