Full-time position as a foreman in building cleaning at Dussmann Service Deutschland in Winsen (Luhe). Permanent, starting immediately, in a 3-shift system.

• Organization, control and responsibility for cleaning in your own area of responsibility
• Shaping staff planning and leading your own employees
• Maintaining reporting and documentation
• Monitoring working time rules, adherence to time targets, time recording and support for timely payroll
• Support with month-end closing, invoice preparation, material ordering
• Site analysis and quality control
• Close cooperation with the customers' contact persons on site
• Instructions and training for employees in your area of responsibility

• A completed vocational training as a building cleaner (m/f/d) is desirable
• Several years of practical experience in building cleaning and in leading staff, preferably several years of experience as a foreman
• Good German skills (at least B1)
• Basic knowledge of common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Pronounced customer and service orientation
• Reliability, commitment and a friendly, confident manner with our customers
• Class B driver's license desirable
• Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
