Apprenticeship as a Real Estate Management Assistant

During the 2.5-year apprenticeship, you will learn about residential and real estate management and work in property administration, construction and real estate management. Together with other trainees, you will manage around 150 residential units as a junior landlord. Vocational school in Frankfurt am Main takes place two days per week.

Market, view and rent apartments; conduct property inspections; advise and support customers; independently manage around 150 residential units; work in property administration, construction and real estate management.

Good school-leaving qualification, Abitur or advanced technical college entrance qualification; familiarity with MS Office; ability to work in a team and an open, communicative manner; willingness to learn, initiative and good comprehension; Class B driving licence or currently working toward one.

Pay starting at €1,280 gross per month in the first training year plus Christmas and holiday bonuses; regular further training; 37-hour week with flexitime; pension provision, private accident insurance and exam preparation; occupational medical and psychological services, health days, massages and company fitness; public transport ticket and 30 days of holiday.
