Educator, Disability Support Worker, Healthcare, Nursing or Elderly Care Professional, or Employee with Comparable Qualifications – Baunatal/Wabern

Permanent part-time position with 20.00–25.00 hours per week as a support worker in the Wohnverbund Süd of Baunataler Diakonie Kassel e.V. The main workplace is in Baunatal, with assignments in residential groups in Baunatal and Wabern. No night shifts are required.

Providing activities that structure residents' daily routines and leisure time; conducting practical-life training such as housework, shopping and handling money; supporting and maintaining residents' abilities through active support and care in line with care plans.

Empathy and appreciation for residents, enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary team, high flexibility, an independent working style, a qualified professional qualification and a Class B driving licence.
