Individual Case Helper

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic, and creative personality as an individual case helper (m/f/d) in part-time/full-time, initially limited, at the Lübben location to provide individual support for a person with a mental disability. You will exclusively accompany one person within the framework of individual participation benefits. The aim is to support the person in daily life, promote their independence, and facilitate their social participation.

You accompany the person in daily life and during activities outside the home. You support the design of a meaningful daily structure. You help maintain and build social contacts and leisure activities. You accompany appointments and assist with organizational tasks as required within the scope of the participation benefit. You develop suitable ideas for leisure and daily life together with the person. You orient yourself to the personal wishes, abilities, and goals of the accompanied person. You work closely with the responsible specialists and contact persons. You document your activities to the required extent.

You do not need a pedagogical or nursing qualification - what matters is your personal attitude, reliability, and enjoyment of working with people. You interact patiently, respectfully, and appreciatively with people with mental disabilities. You can adapt to the individual needs of a person. You are creative and find suitable solutions for daily life together with the person you accompany. You can balance closeness and professional boundaries well. You work independently and reliably. You enjoy a personal 1:1 support role.
