For our "Lobetaler Ei", a facility in the area of participation for people with mental and/or psychological impairments at the Lübben location, we are looking for you as a social worker (m/f/d) full-time/part-time, initially limited, starting as soon as possible.

You are motivated to contribute your professional experience in participation to further develop our services together with us. Enjoyment in guiding our target groups towards social and cultural participation, tackling difficulties with humor and overcoming them. Professional handling of endangerment of others and self, including searching for the meaning of behavior and developing alternatives. Accompanying and following up/reflecting on crisis situations. Development and implementation of individual support plans, including evaluation of their effectiveness. Assistance in exploring and shaping the social environment, including leisure activities and shaping social contacts. Experience and desire for a professionally sound approach to mentally ill people.
