Night Standby

For our “Lobetaler Ei”, a facility in the area of participation for people with mental and/or psychological impairments at the Lübben site, we are looking for a night standby (m/f/d) to accompany and assist people with disabilities, 10–15 hours per week, initially limited. In our apartment living with associated external apartments, 35 adults with disabilities receive person-centred assistance. We support the entitled participants in a friendly manner, at eye level and goal-oriented – relying on good, trusting relationship work and high professional standards as effective factors.

Support of the active night duty when needed, e.g. in crisis and/or emergency situations; provision of individual and person-centred assistance services; support in carrying out basic nursing measures; night standby duration 22:00 to 06:00 the following day (approx. 10 shifts per month), weekends and public holidays distributed proportionally.

Suitable for pupils aged 18 and over, students, seniors (m/f/d) and other persons who are keen on a professionally sound approach to dealing with people with mental impairments. Acceptance of and professional handling of risk to others and self. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
