About this Apprenticeship
Lobetaler Bio Molkerei in Biesenthal is seeking a dairy technologist or dairy specialist to start as soon as possible. This permanent role involves 40 hours per week, producing dairy products and guiding and supporting people with disabilities.
What You'll Learn
- Work independently in production
- Produce dairy products, particularly yoghurt, quark, cream cheese and drinking milk
- Guide and support people with disabilities
Requirements
- Knowledge of the complete production process for dairy products, including yoghurt, quark and cream cheese
- Experience working with people with disabilities and the ability to provide sensitive, caring support in daily work
- Independence and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks
- A Class 3 driving licence and submission of an enhanced criminal record certificate
