Clerk in Administration

For the administration of Hoffnungstaler Werkstätten gGmbH at the Biesenthal site, we are looking for a clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible, with 36 weekly hours, initially fixed-term. This position thrives on personal teamwork on site and direct closeness to our processes.

• Recording and posting of accounts receivable and payable invoices, including filing all documents
• Posting of bank and cash transactions
• Billing of outgoing invoices
• Checking documents for completeness and correctness in compliance with legal and organization-specific quality requirements
• Adherence to and execution of the relevant accounting schedules
• Support in preparing business analyses as part of month-end and year-end closing
• Continuous coordination and cooperation with other organizational units and external parties
• Cash management, primarily of the main cash desk
• Deputizing for the management assistant

• You have completed commercial vocational training
• You have experience in bookkeeping
• You have good working knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• You enjoy working in a team and are cooperative
• You are flexible and customer-oriented
• You are communicative and extremely conscientious
