About this Apprenticeship
Altenhilfe Bethel OWL gGmbH is looking for a nursing assistant (m/f/d) for its Quellenhof care home in Bielefeld-Bethel, starting as soon as possible. The position is initially permanent, with a 50-75% share of full-time hours.
What You'll Learn
- Your work focuses on older people with chronic mental illness and dementia-related changes who permanently depend on comprehensive care
- You independently carry out care for people in stable care situations based on individual care planning
- Under professional guidance, you help prepare, carry out and follow up medically ordered measures
- You share responsibility in the care process to ensure care quality in a primary nursing system
Requirements
- A nursing assistant training of at least one year is required (alternatively training as a nursing helper, geriatric care helper or nursing assistant [m/f/d])
- Joy in working with older people and people in need of care
- Responsible and appreciative conduct
- Teamwork, flexibility, reliability and social skills
- Joy in development and change processes
